The result is a dynamic mobile website that is light and fast, even on low-end devices.

The service will be operational on mobile phones about 24 hours after you have ordered it. The mobile site is dynamically updated with any changes from the source website.

Restrictions

Instant Mobilizer is not intended for websites that rely on Image Maps, Javascript, Ecommerce, Flash. Ensure that your website logo contains the term "logo" somewhere, e.g. logo.gif. Do not use frames in your website or spaces in the phone number. It is recommended to use background images only on a limited scale.

Terms & Conditions for the dotMobi INSTANT MOBILIZER

When registering a new dotMobi Top Level Domain you are able to activate the optional dotMobi Instant Mobilizer (the "Service"). The service allows the automatic and on-the-fly conversion of an existing website to a mobilized version to your dotMobi domain which provides better usability on mobile devices.
It is also possible to activate the service for already registered dotMobi domain names. The Instant Mobilizer costs 1.51 Euro / 1.80 Euro including VAT per month and per domain for which the service is activated.

The use of this service is only available for dotMobi domains registered with Key-Systems GmbH. The service may only be used for the transformation of the users own contents or for content the user is entitled to use in such a way. Key-Systems is entitled to terminate the service immediately when foreign internet pages are converted if this violates third-party rights.

The use of the service by third parties and the transfer of right of use are prohibited and allow for the immediate termination of the service.

Furthermore, the contract to use the dotMobi INSTANT MOBILIZER may be cancelled without notice by Key-Systems for the following important reasons, et al:

• The (alleged) infringement of trademarks, copyrights, or other rights of third parties
• Use for the dissemination of illegal or morally objectionable content
• Violation of the Terms & Conditions
• Sending of SPAM through the domain, as well as advertising with SPAM for the domain
• If necessary in order to comply with local laws and standards
• Due to legally enforceable judgements or requests of Authorities
• To avoid financial loss or civil legal or criminal liability
• In case of excessive use of the service if the use of the service by other users may be affected
• If the service is terminated by the licenser or termination of the offer by Key-Systems

The service is suspended automatically and without previous notification:

• if the connected dotMOBI domain is transfered to another registrar
• if the connected dotMOBI domain is deleted by the user, Key-Systems or dotMOBI

Key-Systems offers the service under the licence of dotMOBI registry and is authorized to change the mode of use and the terms and conditions at any time and without any previous notification. All rights of the licenser are reserved. The use of the service without permission of Key-Systems or the licenser is prohibited. No guarantees are given, the customer has no right to claim any guarantee; the customer uses the service exclusively at his own risk. Key-Systems is not liable for any outages or damages unless they are caused with intent or gross negligence.

The mobilized website will contain a footer with the comment "Instant Mobilizer by dotMobi" or a similar text defined by the registry. The customer is not allowed to block, to fade out, to hide or to modify this text.
